DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

If you change the number of rows to be displayed in a case containing a check box or radio-button column on the SAS Enterprise Case Management search screen, you might find that no rows are displayed.

For example, this problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:

  1. Click a case from the Case ID column on the SAS Enterprise Case Management Available Cases screen to open the Case Details screen.
  2. Select the Incidents tab and click the Add incident to case Add incident to case icon to open the Add Incident to Case dialog box. This dialog box includes a column containing check boxes as shown here:

  3. Available Incidents at the Add Incident to Case screen

At the bottom of the dialog box, there is a drop-down box for specifying the number of rows to be displayed. In this example, the number of rows to be displayed is 20:

  4. Change the number of rows to be displayed. You might find that no rows are displayed in the DataGrid.

  5. To display rows in the DataGrid, you must close the screen and open it again.
